Responsible and contact

Mimic Talent is a game offered by Francisco José Gámez Rodríguez, in España. You can contact at frangamezr2@gmail.com. These conditions govern the use of the game together with the privacy policy and Apple's terms applicable to downloads and purchases made on iPhone.

Your account and access

Full access to the game requires active Mimic Talent Premium access, obtained through the monthly subscription or the one-time lifetime purchase. Online identity management uses Game Center and an internal Mimic Talent account. The paywall, purchase restoration, subscription management, profile, account deletion, privacy, terms and help remain accessible without Premium.

Choose an appropriate name and do not impersonate anyone. You must meet the age required by the app rating and, where applicable, have permission from your legal representative. Rooms are private and shared by code. Invite people you know and avoid publishing your code. The host can start the game and remove participants.

Mimic Talent Premium

Premium unlocks the full game, same-phone matches, online rooms, the official catalogue and the moderated Community catalogue. The service is maintained and updated with new sounds, content, features and improvements. Specific availability may vary by version, device, connection, catalogue and moderation measures.

Two access options are offered. The monthly subscription, product identifier com.frangamezr.mimictalent.premium.monthly, renews each month until cancelled. The one-time lifetime purchase, product identifier com.frangamezr.mimictalent.premium.lifetime, is a non-consumable purchase, does not renew and has no recurring charge. Both options provide the same Premium access while the Mimic Talent service remains available.

Apple's purchase screen and confirmation sheet show the localized price and currency for each option. The applicable amount is always the amount Apple confirms before purchase; these terms do not set a universal price.

Free trial and renewal

Only the monthly subscription may include a three-day free trial, and only for people Apple displays as eligible on the purchase screen. If you accept that offer, it automatically becomes a paid monthly subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Someone who has already used the offer may not be eligible again. The lifetime purchase has no trial, does not renew and is charged once.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. The monthly subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled, and Apple may charge the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel or manage it from Profile or Apple Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and does not delete your Mimic Talent account.

One-time microphone and character purchases

Some microphones and characters are offered as individual non-consumable purchases. Before buying, you will see a preview, the item unlocked, the One-time purchase label and Apple's localized price. They are visual customizations and do not improve score, recording time or odds.

The item has no separate expiry and can be restored with the Apple ID used for the purchase. To enter and use the game you need Premium through a current monthly subscription or the lifetime purchase. If the subscription expires and you do not own the lifetime purchase, the item remains linked to the purchase but cannot be used until Premium is reactivated. This condition is also shown before each purchase.

Purchases, restoration and refunds

Apple processes all in-app purchases. Mimic Talent uses RevenueCat to validate its status and enable access, but it does not receive your full card details. You can use Restore Purchases on the paywall or in Profile after reinstalling the app or changing devices. Restoration requires the appropriate Apple ID and may relink rights to the internal account you are signed in with.

Pricing, taxes, territorial availability, billing, and refunds are governed by the Apple Store and applicable law. You can request a refund using Apple's Report a Problem. A refund or revocation may remove the associated access. Nothing in these conditions limits the mandatory rights that correspond to you as a consumer.

How scoring works

Scoring is an approximate acoustic comparison for entertainment. Pitch, timbre and the sequence of sounds are compared, with volume normalization and alignment to tolerate delayed starts, pauses and tempo changes. Missing sounds or a different sound may score lower. Everyone is assessed by the same criteria; this is not a professional evaluation or biometric test. In Party mode, the wheel may add modifiers. There are no bets or cash prizes.

Rules of coexistence

• Harassment, threats, discrimination, hatred, exploitation, sexual content or illegal behavior are not allowed.
• Do not record or disseminate data or conversations of third parties without their permission. Do not share sensitive personal information in a room.
• Do not impersonate, manipulate scores, distribute malicious code, or attempt to access other people's accounts or systems.
• Share podium images respectfully and with permission from people identified by their names.

You can mute, report, lock, and leave a room from the app. We review complaints and may remove content, terminate access, or suspend accounts for non-compliance. You can request a review of a decision by email support. A false or abusive report may also lead to proportionate measures.

Audio and intellectual property

The app and its own elements are provided to play within Mimic Talent. Unless expressly authorized or permitted by the applicable license, use of the game does not grant a license to extract or redistribute protected elements. This limitation does not apply to materials posted under CC0 nor does it restrict uses permitted by law. Sounds identified as CC0 retain the freedom of copying, modification and distribution, also commercial, within the scope of that license. You can consult authors, sources and licenses in the sound credits. The license of an audio does not extend by itself to the illustration that accompanies it.

By participating you allow the temporary treatment of your imitation to rate it and play it to the people in your room; You do not transfer ownership of your voice nor authorize its use for advertising or to train AI. If you believe that an element infringes your rights, write to frangamezr2@gmail.com indicating the title, link or screenshot that identifies it and the basis of your request. Mimic Talent is an independent game, with no affiliation with television shows or other video games.

Community sounds

The games allow you to choose between the official catalog and sounds published by players. By submitting content you declare that you have created it or that you have sufficient rights to the audio, voice, image, music and any other element included. Do not publish third-party recordings or content obtained from social networks, movies, series, video games or sound banks if your license does not allow this use. Each submission is reviewed before it can appear in a match.

By checking the upload-specific statement you grant Francisco José Gámez Rodríguez a non-exclusive, worldwide license for as long as necessary to store, technically adapt, reproduce, communicate and make the content available within Mimic Talent. You retain ownership and can withdraw it from Profile while it is under review or after it is published. We save the exact version of the accepted statement and the date. We may remove or reject content due to a complaint, these rules, or to protect third parties and the service.

Players can report a community sound from the app. If you are a company, author, performer or other owner and you consider that a sound affects your rights, write to frangamezr2@gmail.com with the title of the sound, a capture or identifier, your contact information and the basis of the request. We will preventively remove it from new games while we review the notice and we will confirm the action.

Delete account

You can delete your account from Profile. Deletion is final and immediate for your Mimic Talent profile, results and community content; it does not delete your Apple account. We securely queue the deletion of the customer profile we manage in RevenueCat and retry it if that provider does not respond, without delaying the deletion of the account in Mimic Talent. We only temporarily retain the internal UUID required for retry in that queue, except for data that a provider is legally required to retain.

Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple subscription. If it is active, we will notify you and show you access to manage it before confirming, but you can delete the account immediately. Legitimate non-consumable purchases remain associated with the Apple ID and can be restored according to the available flow when creating a new account.

Availability and your rights

We work to keep the service available and fix errors. We may perform maintenance and remove content for security, rights or moderation reasons. Both the monthly subscription and lifetime purchase provide Premium access, but neither guarantees that a particular item will remain available forever. “Lifetime” means access does not expire or renew while Mimic Talent continues to be offered and remains compatible with your device; it is not a promise that the service will operate forever. We will communicate material changes that affect your rights.

Spanish law applies without depriving you of mandatory rules or the consumer rights and courts available in your country of residence. These terms do not exclude legal guarantees or liabilities that cannot be limited by law. Material changes will be communicated in the app before they apply.
